Then we are off to Appolo Vineyards for a flight of four wines and charcuterie. Then an excellent end to the day with a flight of four wines with a sandwich and salad buffet at LaBelle Winery.

Enjoy our advanced wine tasting experience! Your journey begins at Seven Birches Winery with pastry, muffins, danish and water, followed by a flight of five wines or ciders. You’ll also receive a commemorative wine glass, charcuterie, with wine and chocolate pairing as part of your flight. Next, at Appolo Vineyards, enjoy four wine tastings, another delicious charcuterie spread, watching this winery from a distance during peak production. We then finish our day at LaBelle Winery in Derry for our final four final tastings and a light dinner buffet featuring salad and sandwiches before returning home!

Enjoy our Master Wine Tasting Experience! Your in-depth journey begins as we arrive at Seven Birches Winery: grab a quick pastry, muffin, or danish before heading off on the Master excursion. After a brief tour of the winery and production facility, dive into an immersive workshop with the winemakers. You’ll learn the craft of winemaking from the best where you experience blending, bottling, corking and labeling your very own custom wine to take home. During this workshop, enjoy a tasting flight of five wines or ciders. If you loved your creation so much additional bottles of your custom blend are available for purchase for $40.00 each. Next, we journey on to Appolo Vineyards for a four wine tasting, a charcuterie spread, and a look at this winery in peak production. Finally, finish your day at LaBelle Winery in Derry with a final flight of four wine tastings enjoying a light dinner buffet of salad and sandwiches before returning home!
